Website Monthly Maintenance Agreement

This Website Monthly Maintenance Agreement (here forward called "Agreement") between you and Eagle Web Designs explains the terms and conditions of maintenance under the Eagle Web Designs standard hosting agreement.
Other plans are also available and will be agreed upon by Eagle Web Designs and you as deemed necessary by Eagle Web Designs or by you.

Standard monthly maintenance includes up to 1 hour of upkeep and maintenance per month. This maintenance includes text changes, image changes, and other minor changes to your website pages. Any maintenance that exceeds the 1 hour will be billed on an hourly basis.

Monthly maintenance excludes, but is not limited to, image editing, graphic design, graphic editing, adding additional web pages, database design, database changes, and programming. These items are billed according to the individual item.

Unused monthly maintenance time is not accumulative. Unused time does not transfer from month to month. Monthly maintenance time is strictly month to month.

It is your sole responsibility to properly convey the information that needs to be changed or added. This can be done by email in a text format, fax, or by paper copy. Additional fees could be charged if the information is given to us via fax or paper copy, if typing time exceeds the 1 hour maintenance time allowed. To insure that the correct information is conveyed, it is recommended that you first give us the information that is presently on the web page, then give us the information that is to replace the present information. If text is to be underlined, bold, etc, you should note that information instead of just underlining it, bolding it, etc. If changes are made by us according to your information, and the changes are not correct, additional time to redo the changes fall under the 1 hour maintenance time. It is your responsibility to be as detailed as possible by giving us all of the necessary information.

Eagle Web Designs will make the changes in a timely manner in order of receipt of maintenance requests. This is dependent on the number of maintenance requests that are received before yours, the amount of changes to be made, and the type of changes to be made.
Eagle Web Designs will make the changes correctly to the best of our understanding. If changes are made by us according to your information, and the changes are not correct, additional time to redo the changes fall under the 1 hour maintenance time. We are not responsible for rewriting sentences, restructuring paragraphs, or checking for typing errors, misspellings, etc.
